Time

This is my Garmin Forerunner 305. It's a running watch/GPS/heart rate monitor. So it not only tells me what time I've been running, it also tells me how far I've run, my pace, my average pace, the number of calories I've burned, my heart rate, my average heart rate, and my maximum heart rate for a given run. It's a great running tool.

Oh my ! what a sophisticated watch, a mini computer ! Must be very useful to you.

I just red you got your little kitty ! Congratulations, that's wonderful. Poor little thing must be quite disturbed by all what happened to him in the last hours ! You have to treat him like a little baby the first days and he will probably meauw quite a lot ! Put a soft cloth of you where he sleeps then he gets used to your odor and will recognize you as being his mum. If you have any questions, just ask me, I raised 6 cats during the last 38 years and two of them lived for 20 years ! So you probably will have to tell a lot in your posts. I am very happy that my idea had such a success I never thought of so many people we are 32 so far ! It's nice I think we will have a lot of fun. I wish you a GOOD night, you probably will need it !

You're a runner huh? what a great way to keep fit. I only run on the treadmill. In the summer, I try the beach or the parks. I'm sure your an all seasons runner.

Great watch to track your time.

Tells you when it's time to slow down, speed up, and stop. Nice one! I don't use mine anymore. I'm not good at taking direction. hehe

That's a cool watch! Now if I can only find one that does all that and will balance my check book and clean my bathrooms I'd be all set (lol). Great photos and thanks for visiting:)

Oh, it reminds me of my husband's internet watch. (He's such a gadget geek.) If I was into running, though, I'd definitely want a watch like that. I guess I'm a gadget geek too.
