The weather forecast says that it is going to rain later today. Hopefully hubby and I can get our run in before it rains.
The plan for today is 7 miles, after breakfast has settled.
Yesterday was chest and triceps on the Bowflex. Wow, can you ever get a good workout with that thing! Chest is feeling it today!
Tomorrow hubby goes back to work, after 3 weeks leave, so it will be the start of a regular routine for us. Which means back to studying for me - Advanced Human Anatomy and Physiology is first up.
