Hubby came home at lunch (the base where he works is only half a mile from our place) and went went for a nice, easy, recovery run together. 3.4 miles. This heart rate training is really working - I was able to maintain a good pace, and still keep my heart rate under 70% of heart rate reserve. Weather was lovely, warm (22°C), light winds, and sunny.
Once again, the 305 worked flawlessly, keeping the signal under heavy tree cover. I'm very impressed.
