This picture is a photo I took during our Weddingmoon in Mexico in 2004. It's the observatory tower at Chichen Itza - the Mayans were great astronomers and loved observing the heavens.

I've only been to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, never to the Mayan area.

This is beautiful! We were supposed to go there a couple of years ago, I won a 4 day trip, but we were so broke we couldn't come up with the taxes and childcare to go. UGH! Great picture!!
Lovely picture of Mexico. I got to go to Mexico, when I was 15, with my Girl Scout troop. It was so fun! We went to the ruins in Teotihuacan. It's one of my favorite parts of the trip!
Makes me think I might want to visit Mexico...
