So today's workout was a little bit of everything. I did a short run (2 miles), put on one of my new group fitness CDs and played around with some new step routines, and then lifted weights (chest and triceps).
So not a lot of any one thing.
I have decided that we definitely need to be a treadmill. It was really windy and rainy most of the day yesterday, so getting outside for a run, although I did it, was problematic. A treadmill would be so convenient for the days when the weather sucks. We had a treadmill in Canada, but left it with my sister and brother-in-law, since the power requirements are different here in Germany.
