Sunday: 3 easy miles on the treadmill. My left calf was really tight, so although I was supposed to do my long run Sunday, I cut my run short, and decided to try the long run on Monday.
Monday: Long run of 12.5 miles. I massaged my left calf with "The Stick" and stretched a lot yesterday and today, and it seemed to work, because I was able to run without any problems. Ran through the Englischer Garten. The weather was fairly nice for running. Hardly any wind to speak of, and just above freezing (around 3°C), although it was overcast.

Wow you are really in shape. Maybe you can coach me long distance? I am such a sluggard.
