Kept my heart rate under 70% of heart rate reserve for the first 5 miles, then let it drift up to 75% for the last three.
Over the holidays I didn't blog any of my runs or workouts, but I was still running, horseback riding, lifting weights, and teaching step and tone classes. Just with everything else going on, I didn't have time to blog about it. But our marathon training is on track.
