This week is a cutback week in our marathon training program, which means a decrease in mileage and intensity. It gives the body a chance to recover from the increasing mileage and adapt to the demands put on it by the training.
So Monday I walked 2 miles and lifted chest and triceps with hubby. Yesterday I ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill while watching Mythbusters. Today will be a rest day.
