Well, yesterday was a successful first day of a 'regular' schedule here in Germany. Hubby went back to work, after 3 days of leave, so it was time to settle into a regular schedule Ran my 3 recovery miles, then lifted back and biceps with our Bowflex. Studied anatomy and physiology, went to the market and bakery.
Today will be similar, except I have 5 miles on tap for later, once breakfast has settled. Plus more studying, and prepping for leading my second fitness class in German tomorrow.
