Hubby came home on his lunch hour today (the base where he works is only 0.5 miles from our place) and we went for a nice, easy run together.
We ran down to the Isar river, and then along one of the paths that runs right next to the river. There weren't as many people out along the paths today due to the weather. It was overcast and drizzling, with some light winds, and it wasn't terribly warm. About 13-14°C out and winds between 12 and 15 km/hr. And obviously very, very humid, due to the earlier rain and the ongoing drizzle.
Still, it was a nice run. Although today my pace was all over the place. Yesterday, my first 4 miles were very consistent, all within 2 seconds of each other for the mile splits. Today, while my average pace was faster than yeterday, my splits were all over the place, some slower, and some faster.
The map of today's run can be found here.
