Wednesday Mind Hump

This week's Wednesday Mind Hump:

Bonjour! It's time for another mind hump. Today is Family Health and Fitness Day. We're going to do something a little different today.

Get out of your computer chair, get on the floor (if your family is looking at you like you're crazy, you can go do this in another room if you like) and see how many push-ups you can do in one minute. When you're finished, tell us on your blog how many pushups you did.
  • 11 military style (on the toes), followed by 23 "girlie" push-ups (on the knees)
My favourite push-ups, are push-ups with a stability ball. You can see this exercise here.

ARGH! I thought I was taking a PT break today, but I just couldn't resist. 14 military-style, followed by 28 girly ones. Mind you, it may take me an hour to recover. LOL

Hi, I stumbled onto your webpage from googling, "Running warmup graphs". I used to live in Berlin from 1993-1998. I also have a Garmin 305, it is fantastic. I use free software to do graphs. My user name is aztntrunner, I live in Phoenix Arizona, and I'm a TNT particpant, mentor, and now coach. Our son was diagnosed with ALL in 2002 and is in remission doing well. He's now 7 years old. Cheers.
