Step Class and Strength Training

I went to the gym this evening, and lifted back and biceps, then took a Step class.

The Step class was quite enjoyable - the instructor teaches the way I do, with cueing, right-left balance, good breakdowns, and lots of layering. I've found that step here in Munich is different than what I'm used to back home. There are a lot more spins, mambos, changes of direction, reverse moves, cross-phrasing, nad moving around the step than I'm used to. Plus, the music is faster. But I'm sure I'll get used to it in time.
