Wednesday Mind Hump

Today is Board Game Appreciation Day.

1. Are you a fan of board games?

• I'm not a huge fan, but I do enjoy playing them. Now that we are here in Germany, where they make excellent board games, I'm becoming more of a fan.
  

2. What's your favourite board game and why?

• Hmm, good question. I enjoy trivia games, like Trivial Pursuit, and when you have a large group of people, a game like Cranium is lots of fun. Recently hubby and I have been playing a game called Caesar and Cleopatra, produced by a German company, and the game is in German. It's good practice for us!
  

Yesterday was Talk Like A Pirate Day, so lets answer a few questions about that. I can't think of any more board game questions.

3. Blackbeard, Hook, Sparrow - who's your favourite pirate?

• Definitely Jack Sparrow. Johnny Depp does such a great job with that character!
  

4. If you were a pirate, what would you name yourself?

• Castaway Cay
  

5. Uh oh! Someone's gotta walk the plank! Choose a celebrity you want to throw overboard (all in good fun, of course. We're not actually advocating for the tossing of celebs in the ocean).

• Tom Cruise. He's crazy. And his comments are so out there. I just shaked my head when he starts spouting his opinions on psychiatry and mental illness.
